Okay, people (meaning the people who are asking if they can do a 90 day report at an immigration office other than where they got their extension) the ONLY answer that is correct IS
GO to the immigration office in the area where you are when your 90 day report is due and ASK them. If they say you can, file it, but if they say you can't and you can't get back to where you got your extension within 7 days after the report is due realize you're gonna get a 2000baht fine. :)
Good Luck take care, stay safe

I'd say, if that receipt stapled in your passport that says "have to report for 90-days on (date)" says you should report soon, then you can do this on just ANY immigration office in the country. However you COULD be asked where you currently stay, if it is not a hotel which would otherwise have registered your TM30, but a private address, you MIGHT be asked to fill a correct TM30 (which actually has nothing to do with the 90-days reporting)

*some* immigration offices require a 90 day report if you are on a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19. Other immigration offices don’t have that requirement. I don’t know what the requirement is for Kalasin. Try contacting Kalasin immigration by phone or email and asking them for their policy.

As James asks it all depends on where you filed your TM30 ?
