I ever applied for a Thai visa in Jakarta and received a Non-O Immigration visa, but I never used it and it expired automatically. Will this record still be kept? How long if kept this record?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster inquired about the retention of records for an expired Non-O Immigration visa they received but never used. Several comments indicate that all visa issuance records are generally maintained for several years, and older records might be less accessible. Some participants provided guidance on checking with local immigration offices or Thai embassies for confirmation and reassured that having an unused visa is common and typically not a problem.
Was this Non–O Visa issued by the Thai Embassy in Jakarta before or after 26 November 2024???
Regardless, of course all visa issuance records are generally kept for a number of years, perhaps decades for some countries, whether it was the older Thai Visa Sticker or not
if issued after 26 November 2024 as a Non–O E–Visa PDF, then definitely they have easy access to immediately see any past Thai E–Visa's
if issued before 26 November 2024 as a Thai Visa Sticker, then of course they still have records, but do not know how easily accessible and readily available older Thai Visa Sticker records are
Anonymous participant 966 Thai embassies and consulates are under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a completely separate branch of government from immigration, which are police.
