TLDR : Answer Summary
When a person has previously stayed in Thailand on a Non-Immigrant O visa that has expired, they may face restrictions when attempting to enter the country again. It's important to check the current regulations regarding Visa on Arrival eligibility for those with an expired visa, as circumstances can vary based on immigration policies. It is advisable to consult the latest guidelines from Thai immigration authorities or seek professional advice to understand any specific limitations that may apply.
