Hi all does anybody know how this will work with the current visa situation.

Flying from UK to BKK planning to spend 1 week in Bangkok, then departing Bangkok to visit Cambodia and Vietnam then returning to Bangkok about 1 month later, then spending 3 weeks in Thailand, before returning back to UK.

Since absolutely nothing has changed you shouldn't have any issue. That's perfectly normal tourist itinerary. You can get stamped in visa exempt for each entry.
