Thai Visa Advice if possible. Please only answer if you know about these things.

Previous trip -

I entered Thailand by Air (BKK) on the 24th March 2019,

I left Thailand by Land Border to Cambodia on the 26th March 2019,

I entered Thailand by Air (CNX) on the 19th April 2019,

I left Thailand by Air (BKK) on the 24th April 2019.

All of this was Visa on Entry with no fees paid.

My next plan is -

Enter Thailand by Air (BKK) on the 11th April 2020,

Travel around and explore until -

Leave Thailand by Land Border to Myanmar (I should cross at Tachileik) 8th May 2020 (28 days in Thailand)

Enter Thailand by Air (BKK) on the 20th May 2020,

Travel around Islands and explore until - (30 Days in Thailand)

Leave Thailand by Air (HKT) on the 18th June 2020

WIll this all be okay on a Visa on Entry as the rules stand now? WIll I exceed any limits on entering Thailand by Air or Land within my previous trip and my new trip?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user's inquiry focuses on whether their planned travels to Thailand, utilizing the Visa on Entry scheme, will be compliant with current regulations. They outline their previous entries and exits from Thailand in 2019, seeking clarity on any potential limitations in 2020 based on those activities. A comment reassures that past trips within a calendar year do not affect the next year's visa allowances.

Its by calendar year so 2019 trips will not affect trips in 2020

Calendar year entries for visa exempt apply to land border crossings only! 2 per calendar year.
