Will I have issues using Visa on Arrival in Thailand after traveling to Vietnam and Japan?

Hi all, i and my husband are in thailand with our 60 days stay tourist visa. Our 60days will be over at the end of may, we will be travelling to Vietnam and back to bangkok on 24th of may. Then in june we will be flying to Japan and fly back to Bangkok again.

We booked our flight back to Istanbul in mid june from bangkok.

So is it gonna be a problem to use 30 days visa on arrival in our 2 trips? Do we need to carry any amount of money on us or any other documents other than our tickets showing we will be leaving thailand in 30 days?

Thank you all.
