Will my travel health insurance be accepted for the Non-Imm OA Longstay visa in Thailand?

I live in Germany,
I'm German and 61 years old.
I have a work contract in Germany and because of that I am in statutory health insurance. I have the visa non-imm OA Longstay multiple.
Thailand pretends to be a health insurance with 3,000,000 coverage from a Thai insurance company.
I have travel abroad health insurance all the years with repatriation to Germany.
I don't know now if travel insurance will be accepted for the visa.
Reason for my question, the last border crossing the officials wanted to see my insurance policy and I had problems there.
Who can help me clear this question here?

Ich habe meinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland, 
bin Deutscher und 61 Jahre alt.
Habe einen Arbeitsvertrag in Deutschland und bin dadurch in der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung. Ich bin im Besitz des Visums non-imm OA Longstay multiple.
Thailand gibt vor, eine Krankenversicherung mit 3.000.000 Deckungssumme einer thailändischen Versicherung.
Ich habe die ganzen Jahre eine Auslandsreisekrankenversicherung mit Rückführung nach Deutschland.
Ich weiß jetzt nicht, ob eine Reisekrankenversicherung für das Visum anerkannt wird.
Grund für meine Frage, beim letzten Grenzübertritt wollten die Beamten meine Versicherungspolice sehen und ich hatte Probleme dort.
Wer kann mir hier helfen, die Frage zu klären?

You have to update your health insurance to get stamped in for another year. That’s why the IO wanted to see how long your current insurance was valid as you’ll only be stamped back in until it expires. You can update the same health insurance as long as your visa is valid (one year). For the one year extension of stay in Thailand you’ll have to use one of the companies on this list.

For initial OA visa can be Thai or International Insurance for the required amount. For any subsequent extension has to be Thai company
