Will I need to extend my Vietnam entry stamp if my DTV approval is delayed due to the Lunar New Year?

Hello, I am currently in Hanoi awaiting DTV approval. I applied Jan 23, they requested more documents 24th which I uploaded. I've just learnt that the office is closed for Lunar New Year. I have a stamp for Vietnam that is only valid until Feb 6th. I am really hoping this is enough time, but will I need to go to Vietnam immigration to extend the stamp in case it's not?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently waiting for DTV approval in Hanoi, having applied on January 23, but faces concerns about their entry stamp's validity due to the office being closed for Lunar New Year. They inquire whether they will need to extend their entry stamp if the approval is delayed, considering their stamp is valid only until February 6.

Some Embassies reset the clock when they get additional documents, so have to take that into consideration.

you need to find the website of the Immigrations office in Vietnam and see if you can even get an extension on your 14 day entry stamp (sounds like that's what you got)

Google Visa Extension Vietnam and see what it says for your nationality
