Advice needed:

My husband has a non imm B visa, the visa is valid until 20th December, but his entry stamp is valid until 9th December. We have been advised that he do a border bounce on or before the 9th December and he will get another 90days on reentry, which will then take him to Febraury and then he apply for a new visa. Is this correct? So will he get another 90days even though his visa is only valid until 20th December?

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding their husband's non-immigrant B visa, which is valid until December 20, but has an entry stamp valid only until December 9. They are inquiring whether performing a border bounce before December 9 will grant him another 90 days upon reentry, despite the visa expiration date.
