Can I extend my Non-B visa in Thailand with only 2 blank pages left in my passport?

Dont forget the Laos Visa...one page

They can put the Laos stamp on your forehead, perhaps.

With some help and luck, exit stamp out of Thailand between other stamps, than 1 full page for the Laos Visa, entry stamp somewhere between the other stamps with some luck. It is not going to work out, not enough passport space to get the visa.

Simple math...

- or page for exit stamp for Thailand.

- 1 page of visa to Laos if you don’t have yet.

- or page for each entry / exit stamp for Laos.

- 1 page for visa to Thailand.

- or page for entry stamp for Thailand.

- page for extension and page for reentry permit.

These are the least space you will need for each. Sum up whatever you need and compare to your space left.

At the point of that you don’t have enough space you might be refused for any of above. Without enough space for stamp, no extension or whatever.

Hope you have at least enough space to be back to Thailand with visa at the first step now.

How long does it take to get a new passport if you go back to SA?

Sounds very tight. Non-B will eat up one page already. Entry stamp on that Non-B will take up some space on the last remaining page.

Advice?! Dont wait until you only have 2 pages left in your passport - simple!
