Will I have tax duties in Thailand if I exceed 180 days of stay with a dtv visa and visa exemption?

Hi,

A question about taxation -

We got the dtv visa a few months ago and been in Thailand ever since.

We also stayed in Thailand on a visa exemption a few months earlier this year.

So, by the end of the year we will exceed 180 days of stay in Thailand.

Will we have any tax duties?

Thank you

Some might say otherwise but I very much doubt it. 🙂 Prepare for a long discussion on here :-)
