The land lord send me this from website and told me go to immigration and just show them that photo to get TM30 ( need it for extension )

right, it's all you can do, there is no "print receipt function" on the online TM30, you take a screen grab and print it

TM30's can be filed THREE ways, in person/mail, by the mobile application OR by the online program and the receipts look like these
