Hi all. I've read through the pinned posts but still haven't found a post similar to my query. I am on a non b visa with 1year extension of stay. I did my last 90 day check in in March and my extension of stay expired in June which I then renewed. But I just realized I forgot to do my lastest 90 day check in which would have been due around that time too (June)
Will I be fined if I go and do my check in now? Or did my extension of stay reset the 90 days.
Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a Non-B visa with a 1-year extension and missed their 90-day check-in due in June. They are seeking clarification on potential fines for this oversight and whether the renewal of their extension resets the 90-day check-in requirement. Comments suggest checking the due date on the Notification of Stay and indicate that they should report their status before a specified deadline to avoid fines.

that is NOT correct. IF you are on a long term extension where you do 90 day reporting AND you took the amnesty offer to defer doing a 90 day report between March 26 and July 31 you now have from Aug 1 to Aug 31 to file a 90 day report without any problem.
