TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your first 90-day check-in with an OA visa in Thailand, you typically need your passport, a copy of your passport, and the TM47 form. Additionally, some immigration offices may require a copy of your house registration book or rental agreement. It's recommended to check the specific requirements of the office you are visiting.

Normally just your passport, but some offices ask you you fill the "90 day report form" TM47, it should be a painless process.
