So you have a company but not a non B visa or a work permit. Send your Thai partners to Ministry of Labor, they will get a list what is needed to apply for Work Permit. If applied they get WP 3 form and wih that form and many more go to Immigration to change for Non B visa. You need 15 days left on your admitted to stay date for this.
