Has any Indian Passport holder here did a visa run to Maesot.

My visa (Non-B) expires on the 1st of November and my flight is on the 6th.

I would like to know if I can cross the border at Maesot and enter again on a tourist visa via land.

Thank in advance :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about executing a visa run from Thailand to Maesot to re-enter on a tourist visa before their Non-B visa expiration. Comments highlight important visa rules, clarifying that tourist visas cannot be obtained at land borders and emphasizing that the user's circumstances regarding their visa type may affect their options.

I could be wrong BUT I don't believe that people from the 21 countries that BUY 15 day visas on arrival for 2000baht when they enter the country can bounce out and back in at the borders with burma to get another 15 day visa on arrival. :/

In either way you can not do a border crossing and enter again with a tourist Visa. Tourist Visa is not being sold at land border check point but only at Thai Embasies and Consulates.

In your other question you told us you do not even hold a Non Immigrant Visa but an Extension of Stay based on working. Please take out the personal details and show Us a picture of your passport page with the admitted until date 1st of November. You also told Us you stopped working so this Extension of Stay stopped on the same day as you stopped working.

I rescheduled my flights since it was simpler and cheaper than trying anything else. My school has already made the document for work permit office stating I will be leaving the country on the 1st of November.

Robert Lagas well I got my Non B 2 years ago its been extended ever since . And since my last query was resolved I left out the other details as it was apparent that I have to leave on or before the 1st no matter what.

Anyways it's all resolved now.

Thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

Is it 15 days or 7 if I do it at Maesot?
