Non-O Visa, extension based on marriage.

I have a Hawaii Marriage certificate authenticated by the Lt. Governors Office to send to DC and then to the Thai Consulate here in LA.  The notary stamps are 3 years old and the notary's comission is expired.  Will this be an issue?  I realize it's never a problem in Thailand until it is but I guess I am asking is if anyone has had a problem with this before?

Doubt the expiration date will be an issue as long as the notary wasn’t expired at the time of signing. The only thing they’ll care about in Thailand is that the consulate in LA endorses the document for use in Thailand.
