Just some advice/information about extending a non immi O based on marriage to a Thai national.

I extended my multiple entry, non immi O, in country, with funds in the bank, whilst on amnesty.

It's now an extension of stay, which suits my circumstances.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion provides information on extending a non-immigrant O visa based on marriage to a Thai national. The individual successfully extended their visa in-country while on amnesty, highlighting that it has now transitioned to an extension of stay. Comments emphasize options for multiple re-entry permits for travel and clarify that there is no single-entry extension of stay, as extensions imply already being in Thailand.

There is NO single entry Extension of Stay. You are already inside Thailand and like to extend your temporary stay as limited by the Admitted Until ../../ .. date stamped in your passport on entry.

Thanks for the update, If you like to travel more, you can always buy the multiple re-entry permit.

@Rob***
, thanks. I'm staying here until my current visa extension expires.

I need to travel more within Thailand.

I'll think of a re-entry permit (single or multiple entry) if I need it.
