Has anyone had a similar experience?

I’m currently finishing my Business Visa in Thailand and unfortunately I’ll have a 6-day overstay. I’ll report myself to Immigration and pay the fine.

I’m then going back to Europe and want to apply for a DTV there. Do you think these 6 days could affect my DTV application or the final decision?

I’m a freelancer, with documented work, income, bank statements, and sufficient funds to meet the requirements.

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been in a similar situation.

You never know. If possible and you would like to avoid potential problems just change flight or if not possible do a border run for these 6 days. Fine on border will be 3k thb for overstay so i think better will be to spend these 3k to pay for bus to border
