Honestly call it the embassy and ask for the department. I did that in Australia and spoke to them directly for what they wanted. Ideally before they cancel your application.

When did you fly from Thailand to Poland, via USA?

John ********** · Answer

Was your application actually cancelled or rejected? The reasons are usually quite different. Cancelled implies you didn't supply satisfactory information regarding your passport and location. Rejected implies they didn't accept the reasons you applied for the DTV

Dnatjugweme ************ · Answer

Looks like they really did not want to give you this visa.

Tim *********** · Answer

Before you reapply or apply in another country, you need to find out why they canceled it so that you don't make the same mistake again, if it was a mistake.

Henrik ***** · Answer

In most Embassy website, they clearly state the no reason wil be given, if application is rejected, but with all those requests for additional documents for the same reasons, it should give you a clou why.

Mark ******* · Answer

trudno powiedziec. oni nigdy nie daja powodu odrzucenia.

There must have been something wrong with the information you entered in the online application form. Very frustrating process nonetheless. I advise you to apply at another embassy.

What a freakin runaround. Use a Thai embassy in southeast Asia.
