What documents do I need to prepare when applying for a Thai visa from Poland?

I will be applying soon in Warsaw, Poland. I’m polish citizen. My plan:

-biodata of passport ( should I add photo of page showing that I left Thailand??)

- photo taken one day before applications

- copy of polish id and sworn translation of my residency in Poland

- sworn translation bank statement indicating amount of 530 000 bht

-employment certificate ( not work agreement because I have low salary) written in English with information from my employer that I can work remotely in Thailand-should this be sworn translation also?

- documents indicating that my company has active status from tax office (should this be also sworn translation to English?

I will appreciate Any feedback .

Edit-all documents should be merged into one pdf file?

Regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Thailand visa from Poland, ensure you prepare the following documents: biodata page of your passport (including your Thailand exit stamp), a recent passport photo, a copy of your Polish ID with sworn translation of residency, a sworn translation of your bank statement showing at least 530,000 THB, an employment certificate (preferably sworn translated) confirming your remote work capability, and documents from your tax office showing your company’s active status (also likely needing sworn translation). It's recommended to merge all documents into a single PDF file for submission.

Familiarize yourself with the e-visa application website, you can do a dummy application and not submit, it will expire in 14days, there are different upload sections, definitely only 1 PDF per relevant section. Quadruple check everything especially the passport biodata upload as the OCR scanner produces errors.

Co to jest employment certificate? Poza tym na początku proponuję wysłać tylko to co chcą. Tak, na ich stronie piszą żeby wszystko było tłumaczone przysięgle, chociaż znajdziesz cwaniaków co tłumacza w Google translate i czasem nawet to przechodzi...

Merge all your passport pages into 1 pdf (including blank pages, in numerical order) compress if too big a file, I used “ILovePDF” app, very easy That will show your exit stamp from Thailand and presumably your entry stamp into Poland.

I never had any documents sworn, e-mail your Thai embassy/consulate where applying for confirmation and also how many months statements should be 3 or 6 months, they require for the proof of funds ie B500k or equivalent currency

Make sure you submit a recent clear passport style pic, best get one done locally as they will request another one if it’s not clear or background is not good etc, as they use this pic on your eVisa approval GL

embassy in Warsaw clearly states on their website all documents should be sworn translated into English or Thai. No reason to email them.
