FYI. I did my 90 day residence online like I did last time. It was rejected so I tried again. Rejected. I drove the 1 hour drive to Korat and was in and out of immigration in less than 10 minutes. All good. The explanation was that since I went to the US for 10 days in that span, I could not use the online system. And yes, I went to Korat the day I got home to check in.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user reported their experience of attempting to submit a 90-day residence report online after returning from a trip to the US, which was rejected twice. They ultimately visited an immigration office in Korat, where they completed the process in under 10 minutes. The issue arose because the regulations require the first report after an overseas trip to be done in person.
