TLDR : Answer Summary
The user entered Thailand on 4/1/2025 and is seeking clarification on the 90-day reporting rules, noting that an online application for reporting was rejected. The comments indicate that the first report after entering Thailand must be done in person, and online reporting can only be completed 15 to 10 days prior to the due date, or within 7 days afterward. It’s advised to physically report in person for the first 90-day check.

Besides the first report in person, online can only be done from 15-10 days before, if your lucky maybe up to 7 days before, after that in person.

By mail you have to send it 15 days before due date so if you've tried online it's probably already too late
