What should I do if my online 90 Day reporting was rejected and I need to resolve this in Chonburi?

Submitted the 90 Day reporting online-was rejected. 1. was done 12 days before actual due date (so within the 1st 7 days guideline for online). 2. The rejection email stated '1st time .. have to be inperson " etc etc.. However, this is the 2nd time application as the first time was already done inperson. Question - is a walk in to the Chonburi immigration office the only option to sort this out. ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user submitted their 90-day reporting online 12 days before the due date but received a rejection stating they needed to report in person due to it being the first online submission. This was actually the second application, and the user remained in Thailand for over 160 days without leaving. The conversation discusses options for addressing the rejection, including submitting another online application and deciding whether to visit the Chonburi immigration office in person.

Did you leave and re-enter the country after your first report?

They might have made a mistake. Anyway, you have to pay immigration a visit.

Usually the only reason people get that rejection code is because either it's the very first 90-day report you have to do or they have re-entered the country which makes you have to do the next 90-day report in person

If you are still in the online window to apply you could apply again and see what happens but I would say just go in and file a 90-day in person.

Avoid going Monday the 5th seeing as that will be an exceedingly bad day to go to immigration unless you are compelled to.

I did not exit/re-enter.. been inside 160 plus consecutive days.. Yes. I did resubmitted online, rejected as well. It would be nice if the application was updated to allow attachment of previous 90day receipt as proof. Visit inperson mid next week. Thanks.

your second 90 would be closer to 180, not 160. You sure you are not submitting too early?

yes i am sure. the end date shifts backwards up to 14 days for each 90 days cycle ... ie. earliest can apply at day 76 then at 76+76 = 152.. etc..
