Hi! I'm just new here.. Just want to ask.. I've just seen last night that my visa has expired last april 8 and my work permit is still valid until September 30. How is this? I thought that the wp and visa should have the same expiration? 😪

That's it! I'm not even sure.. Too bad, the one who is responsible in processing the documents in our school doesn't even know too. This is also the reason I joined here to seek for help and to avoid penalty.. The immigration officer was not able to advise me about it the time i went to their office for notification. My bad as well who was not able to check the date since I thought that the validity is just the same.

I would speak to someone ASAP. Even chat to an agent on a phone to see if they have options. I know this might sound crazy but does your work not track everything? Mine does including 90 day reports which they do for me.
