Regarding 90 days registration. Normally online takes about 3 days for approval. This time it's been 6 days and still pending. Are others also waiting this long? I've never had delays before.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user raises concerns about their 90-day registration being pending for 6 days instead of the usual 3 days for approval. Several commenters share their experiences, noting similar or faster approval times, while others suggest resubmitting the application if there are issues. I would cancel your pending application and resubmit. Carefully check the details of your submission ( beware of autofill if using a phone) and ensure that they are correct and match the information on your TM30 exactly. Also make sure that you don’t submit on a day that the immigration office is closed ( Sat, Sun or Public Holiday). You didn’t mention when your report is due but be aware of the window of opportunity for online submissions which I believe is 14 days before the due date to 7 days before. Approval for online submission is normally within 24-48 hours in my recent experience.

Says I was out of country but I most assuredly haven’t been. The online systems seem to work great then…

I guess you have to go there. I had it once where it took 4 days and was rejected by system. Officer told me that sometimes it is not working and they didn’t get the notification.

I did mine online on Monday morning. I received the confirmation a few minutes later and the approval late in the afternoon on the same day. It's never taken more than 24 hours for me. I would try submitting it again.

it won't let you submit again until you cancel the pending application in the system already. 😕 they could do that though

You're clearly talking about 90-day reporting.

As long as you are applying inside the window of opportunity, which now appears to be from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week before the due date, you should be fine and just wait it out.

Remember the first time you apply after you come back into the country has to be in person not online.

Not much you can really do, maybe call the immigration hotline (1178)and see if they can help but other than that you just have to wait.

well as I said all you can do is wait it out, or try that immigration hotline 😕

remember though just because you submitted a 90 day report online doesn't mean they accepted it so if they don't approve/reject it by the due date you have to go apply in person (which you can do until the 26th 🙂 )

Hi Tod is this new? And to me strange! As you’ve said “ It appears to be from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week before the due date. And news to me!! As I normally apply a couple of day before 90 day expiry date online and never had a problem.

I noticed there is now a large notice at immigration offices confirming the window of 2 weeks before up to 1 week before as Tod says .

It would also mean you’d be reporting more than every 90 days online because it’s always dated from the day your application is logged online.
