Why can't I get the QR code to receive money with my Thai banks?
Hi everyone, I've had a retirement visa for 5 years and I have two Thai bank accounts, Bangkok Bank and Krunsgri Bank, but I don't understand why I can't get the QR code to receive money. Does anyone know? Thanks as always for answering my questions.

it is in the app usually. k bank has it as menu item and you can save it to your phone photo gallery, bangkok bank the same when you select scan. You can also have payment to your thai phone number but 1 bank only.

I have accounts at both and TTB.. And have QR codes for all 3 of them. Are you sure you don't have? On the scan function there's 'my QR'?

You can only use one phone number for a prompt pay code. You would need different numbers for different banks

If you have the app on your phone you should find your QR code to receive money

You need to register prompt pay for the bkk bank app .....my kasikorn app does not need to register for promptpay theres a show my QR on the app....try searching the QR function on your krungsi app

Not sure if I understand the question correctly. The QR code that you can send or show to someone so that you can receive money into your account? In the Bangkok Bank app, it’s available in “More Services” under My QR.
