What challenges might expats face when obtaining paperwork for retirement or marriage visas from Kasikorn Bank for foreign deposits?

Has anyone in here who uses the monthly foreign deposits for your  retirement or marriage visa had a problem getting the paperwork from Kasikorn Bank showing foreign transfer through WISE. I have two transactions through my former bank which is Bangkok Bank that bank to bank transfer. 
    The WISE transactions show Kasikorn as the partner bank. Went to Kasikorn with the paperwork and my Thai wife. We spent about 10 minutes explaining  everything and they said you need to go to Bangkok Bank. Went there and after another 5 or 10 minutes of telling them Bangkok Bank says  you need to ask Kasikorn. Needless to say neither one knew anything about it.

I use Bangkok Bank. Thai immigration Korat understands that BB use of Promptpay is from BB New York and Bangkok Bank Thailand and so I did not use credit advice for each month. They may now understand that with other Banks also. They accepted a letter from my source of the income which showed how much I would recieve each month.

If your branch doesnt deal with international transfers call their help line and they will email a credit advice note each month which you will need for immigration. I call them each month a day after the deposit has been made,

I bank with kasikorn and spent an hour plus trying to get the paperwork for my extension.  Didn’t happen despite my account showing international transactions. Luckily I kept my back up of 800k in another bank!

on the WISE  website in the FAQ it gets explained what you need to do. Input "Thailand transfer" into the search menue

You need to go to a Kasikorn branch that deals with International. Not all branches do.
