Why are travelers being refused boarding by AirAsia for flights to Thailand despite vaccination status?
Some people told me they were refused boarding by AirAsia for flights to [#Thailand]([members only]) for not being vaccinated. This person said he’s vaccinated but didn’t have his documents on him. Meanwhile in Thailand, no-one is checking documents on arrival. Who will compensate these tourists?
Answer summary
Travelers have reported being refused boarding by AirAsia for flights to Thailand due to vaccination issues. While some passengers claimed to be vaccinated but lacked proof, it appears that Thailand has ceased checking vaccination documentation upon arrival. This raises concerns about compensation for affected tourists.
