TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with the Morchana app after arriving in Thailand with a Thailand Pass. Despite completing a self-test and taking pictures, they are unable to upload the results, and their QR Code remains orange. Commenters suggest ignoring the app if it continues to fail, as it is not actively checked. Alternatives mentioned include seeking help from local expat resources, contacting hospitals, or the Tourist Police, as well as understanding the app's primary purpose as a proximity alert rather than a strict monitoring tool.

From what I understand you send results, a picture of second test u did at home, the hotel then sends to DDC. I think this might up date your profile on the app or this app is nothing but a proximity alert I.e. you are in a low risk area…not real sure

Go to your local Expats Newspaper or TV ?? Tourist Police, Hospital
