I took the time to fill out the TM6 app with my arrival information. I ticked the box and clicked "confirm". I then got a message saying "Unable to save data. Please contact 092-354-0039." Has anyone had success with this app?

I have never read of a single instance where the TM6 application for mobile phones worked. :/

Yes it doesn't works, print is impossible to read, are micro mouse letters, I made screenshot AND Plan "B" handwritten Origial TM6, make happy Thai Airports immigration officer ☺

immigration is updating fast with all kind of features to help you all. But to make a print option on this fill TM6 in at home before you travel app was to much of a problem and they are still working on it.
