1- Which country will be easy and faster as I’m Indian passport holder so between Indonesia and Vietnam which one I have to choose.

2 - How I have to pay DTV fees 10000B,

as mentioned I can make a demand draft to that particular embassy but I need a proper information on this

3- Now I’m in India so while filling the form what I have to choose in my current address, it should be My hotel booking of the city of embassy like- Hotel in Vietnam or Jakarta or I have to put my current address of India .

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry revolves around comparing the ease and speed of obtaining a Thai visa (DTV) from Indonesia versus Vietnam for an Indian passport holder. The user seeks advice on how to pay the DTV fees (10,000 Baht) through a demand draft, clarification on what current address to use on the visa application while in India, and considerations about applying for the visa in-person while abroad. Community members suggest it may be more reliable to apply from India to avoid complications and emphasize that applying from another country could raise suspicions. However, there are also shared experiences indicating quicker processing times when applying from neighboring countries.

Your chances are better if you apply from India. Then you don't have to travel anywhere or pay for a hotel. You simply apply for a DTV e-visa from home at the consulate responsible for you. Then you will receive your approval by email and that's it, no stress and no unnecessary expenses.

Okay, I just understand your intention. Then you should follow your friend and do exactly what he did and, if possible, submit the exact same documents that he submitted and then just hope for the best.

As Greg already said, if they see that you have traveled from India to Vietnam or Indonesia, then the visa consular officers will also wonder why you did not apply in India and will become suspicious and may look at your submitted documents a little more closely. From my experience here on the Facebook group, I have to say that applying in your home country is always safer than in the neighboring countries of Thailand. Is there any reason why you don't want to apply in India?

They will see he has travelled just to apply. Might raise questions. Different if already in region and travel locally.

If you want to use either Indonesia or Vietnam you must first travel to the country you choose and then apply using the consulate in that country. So why not apply using the consulate that serves the area where you are currently located?

He's most likely already been rejected at the embassy in India. I can't think of any other reason he'd be applying elsewhere if he's already in his home country

You apply in the country where you stay and you stay in this country until your application is approved. So... right now you have to apply in India... that much to question #3.

Why don't you apply in the embassy in India as you're already there? Don't book your flight to Thailand until your visa has been approved
