Do I need to provide proof of financial support for children when applying for a Thai visa?
Hello everyone
We are family of 4 (2 toddlers).
We have little more than 1,000,000 baht on our bank account (enough for only 2 applications).
Has anyone here written a letter of intent stating that they will financially support their children? Was that enough?

We wrote letters of intent for our children and it worked just fine. We actually had ChatGPT create a template for us and just filled in the required information like passport numbers DOBs and so on.

It depends of the embassy some will ask 500 000 for each or 500 000 for all. Write to the embassy you consider to apply to make sure. You will still need to pay fees for 4 people

When I applied, they ask 1 mln thb for 2 adult and a child. But this depends on embassy
