TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend a 45-day non-exempt visa by an additional 30 days in Bangkok, you should visit the immigration office located on the 3rd floor of IT Square Laksi Plaza. Be aware of local holidays, as immigration offices may be closed during these times.

When one extends the visa exempt, does immigration add always 30 days to the last day on the passport or do the 30 days start counting from the day one applies for the extension?
