TLDR : Answer Summary
The first 90-day notification for your NON-O visa extension based on marriage is due 89 days after you apply for your extension. If you applied for your extension on September 26, then your first 90-day report would be due on December 24. You can report in person between 15 days before and 7 days after your due date.

When you apply for your first extension it starts the 90 day count down timer so your first 90 day report would be due 89 days after that.

IF you applied for your extension on the 26th of Sept your 90 day report would be due on Dec 24th (Christmas Eve).

You can report in person from 15 days before up to 7 days after your due date :)
