When is my 90 day report due? I entered Thailand on 4 May 2024, I applied for my non-O (extending a previous 1-year extension) and got under consideration dated May 13 2024, and I returned to the immigration office on June 12 2024 for the extension of stay. Is the 90 day report from the entrance to Thailand, the application/under consideration stamp, or the reception of the extension?

ANSWERED: In the case of continuing an extension, the 90-day report is due from date of entry and NOT from date of extension.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report is due from the date of your last entry into Thailand, which was May 4, 2024. Even if you applied for an extension of stay, the reporting period starts at your entry date, making your 90-day report due on August 1, 2024.

Normally when you get your 1st extension of stay on a non-o they staple a small slip in the back of your passport with the date for your 90 day report. Look and see if there's one there. If not I would say it's 90 days from when you got the extension

I edited my original post to be more clear, with the addition that it was a continuation, so when John replied that fact was not clear.

From the day you enter... that day is "day 1"... so your report should be due on 1. August. You can do it 14 days before and 7 days after that date.

, if enter on 4 May, it would be 1 Aug.

in That case, OP may want to go tomorrow, 7 Aug, to the local office in person.

@Ellie ******
Yep... Thursday would be the last day. Depends where you go... some offices don't care too much about it, some do.

some officers counts "7 days after" including due date in Bangkok, so better to be careful with date..

This is not your first 1-year extension, right? If it's the second or later year, and unless the officer didn't give you a small slip or a 90-day report receipt (which might be stapled somewhere on your passport), you count 90 days from your last entry date as day 1.

correct, it is the continuation of a previous 1-year extension. So the last day I can do it is 7 days from 4 May 2024, meaning Thursday, August 8 (Thailand counts days differently lol).

no, they dont count days differently

they subtract one day from anywhere else in the world. so they count may 4 as the first day of the 90 days, where anywhere else May 5 would be the first day. So it is really an 89-day report lol.
