TLDR : Answer Summary
Frank inquired about the timing for applying for a 30-day extension of his 60-day tourist E-visa from the Nonthaburi immigration department, as he plans to leave Thailand on May 30th. A comment suggested that most offices allow applications 30 days prior to the visa stamp expiration date, stating that applying early is beneficial.

Most offices allow you to apply 30 days prior to your stamp date. They add on the days so no downside to applying early.
