TLDR : Answer Summary
Frank inquired about the timing for applying for a 30-day extension of his 60-day tourist E-visa from the Nonthaburi immigration department, as he plans to leave Thailand on May 30th. A comment suggested that most offices allow applications 30 days prior to the visa stamp expiration date, stating that applying early is beneficial.
