First trip back next week. Arriving from the UK with 30 day standard tourist visa on arrival. Planning on getting the 30 day extents asap. Have the form, photos 1900 bhat. Staying near Asok sky train. Where is the best place to go to complete ? Have made reservation online to visit a couple days after arrive seems has to be big office near Don Mung airport ? Not 100% will need but doing early may avoid travel back to bkk, is there any reason would not want to do ? Seems pain to get to that location any advice on how to get there or other detail ? When is best to go / not go ? How long will it take ? Hopefully will use these for all future trips in next 2-3 years before getting longer term visa Thanks ๐Ÿ™.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for their first trip back to Thailand, arriving with a 30-day tourist visa on arrival. They plan to extend their visa for another 30 days as soon as possible and seek advice on the best location to do this, particularly mentioning the IT Square Laksi Plaza office near Don Mueang Airport. A comment clarifies that this is the only office for tourist visa extensions in Bangkok, and it is advisable to apply early to avoid unnecessary travel. The user also requests information on traveling to the office and the timing for visits.

You will enter Thailand on visa exempt scheme. You are going to go to IT Square Laksi Plaza temporary office, just next to Lak Si station of SRT Dark Red Line. That is the only office you can apply for your tourism extension in Bangkok.

30 days of Tourism extension would be added to your stamp, there is no downside to going there to apply earlier. You can go anytime you want, even can go there straight from the arriving airport.

See attached for general information.

You will go here.
