Is it mandatory to return to your home country to apply for a Non-O volunteer visa for Thailand, or can it be done from a third country?
Hi, is that mandatory for returning to original country to apply for a work visa (Non-O, volunteer) type? Is it also possible to go to a third country to apply for that visa? If all required documents are provided, it should be fine, no?
