Hello to group members. I am now applying for a 90 day non-O visa online. My trip is scheduled for this June. I wonder if the visa period begins from the date the embassy issues it or will it be valid according to travel dates I mention on the application form?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day non-O visa's validity period begins from the date it is issued by the embassy or consulate, not the travel dates mentioned in the application. You can enter Thailand anytime within the 90-day validity period and your 90-day stay will commence from the date of entry.

Just unnecessary additional info as many people are mixing up visa validity and entry stamp.

As Lloyd said, the visa itself's validity of 90 days (<- the period you can use that visa to enter Thailand to get an entry stamp for the status on the visa) starts on the issued date but the Thai embassy/consulate.

Your 90-day stay on Non-O starts on the day you enter Thailand within the visa validity as day 1, even if you enter Thailand on the last day of visa validity.
