Hey everyone 👋

I’m filling out my DTV visa application and it asks for an arrival date. I haven’t booked my flights yet, so I’m wondering:

 • If I put a certain arrival date on my application, can I still enter Thailand earlier or later than that?

 • How much flexibility do I actually have as long as I arrive within the visa’s validity period?

No requirement to arrive any time. Once the visa is issued you have 5 years of validity to use it. You can wait 4.5 years to enter Thailand if you want.
