I’ve just received my non - O visa from London and didn’t put a return flight on it. It asks how long your accommodation is for and having booked a hotel for 3 weeks - to give me time to rent a place- I just put the 3 weeks as duration of stay. Didn’t have any come backs and visa was emailed to me in 11 days. I only put my outbound flight on the application - which I had already booked

As a rule you can just use a tentative booking to show you're coming to thailand in the next 90 days (the validity of the visa once it's issued)

Keep in mind that more and more consulates are asking for onward travel even when getting a 90 day Non-O visa that you will extend once you're here, dunno why they do that. Quite a few people reported getting an email request for additional information asking for onward travel within 90 days from their planned arrival.

It's consulate specific. .. Some ask for it, some will issue the visa with just a one way ticket here
