Question - I have a guardian visa. We went on vacation, got a re-entry permit and came back in. Do I need to do my 90 day reporting from my last 90 day or from the date we re-entered the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you leave Thailand and obtain a re-entry permit, your 90-day reporting countdown stops upon departure. Upon returning to Thailand, you should start counting 90 days from the date of your re-entry to determine when your next report is due.

Your 90 day count down clock stopped when you stamped out of thailand

SO

that means your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped back into thailand πŸ™‚ <- stamping back in starts the new 90 day count down πŸ™‚
