When is the deadline for 90-day reporting after entering Thailand?

90 day reporting. Do I need to do that within 90 days of the visa issue date or within 90 days of when I enter the country?

For example.. my vissue issue date is March 26. I entered Thailand on April 4. Thanks a lot!
