Hi , I have a Thai evisa that states valid for the 9 June till the 6 September 2025.

I arrived in Thailand on the 3 July. Does my 90 day non O marriage visa start on the 9 June or when I arrived in Thailand on the 3 July.

Thankyou.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day Non-O marriage visa starts on the date of entry to Thailand, which in this case is July 3rd. Although the eVisa is valid from June 9th, it allows entry until the visa's expiration date, and your stay is permitted for 90 days from your arrival date.

Look at the visa stamp in your passport

Check the stamp in your passport. Should show must leave date

Did you even look at the stamp they put in your passport? It would tell you.

Your passport entry stamp shows you the last day you are allowed to be in Thailand. That's the only thing that matters.

Probably ended up with 60 days because he didn't check 555

Out date. Stay permitted until date. The date further away from 3 July. The date you have to leave date. That one.

The Visa itself has a validity of 90 days from the date of issue, this means you have 90 days to enter from the date of issue before the visa expires, upon entry you were stamped in for 90 days.

Your VISA started on June 9th. But that is already used and irrelevant. You no longer have a visa.

Your permission to stay that your visa granted you started on July 3rd and would run 90 days from the day you entered.

You could easily see this just by looking in your passport.
