TLDR : Answer Summary
The Savannakhet consulate in Laos continues to issue Non-O multiple-entry visas to those married to Thai nationals without requiring proof of funds. Applicants need to make an appointment and can acquire the visa by paying a 5,000 Thai baht fee, as confirmed by recent applicants.

Be sure to read the posts about getting this visa at Savannakhet... They do offer the One year multiple entry Non O Visa as Married to Thai. Put multiple entry on your application and give them 5,000 Thai baht in CASH. They know then you want the multi-entry One year Non O Visa.

AND if you search for the TOPIC Savannakhet at the top of this forum.....which I have placed on your post...

CLICK on it and all posts about it will pop up to read...

Yes others are now successful in getting the Non O multi-entry Visa as Married to Thai at the Savannakhet Thai Embassy without the proof of your having 400,000 Thai baht funds in a Thai bank account in your name only.

Carefully read the requirements for the Non O Visa as Married to Thai...an appointment to submit your application for the visa must be made before you go to Savannakhet.

YOUR question has me wondering ?????

And rather than denying your post....

As your post name and profile appears to be female...

Is this person a male or female seeking this Non O Visa as Married to Thai?

What is the passport nation of the person seeking the visa?

What visa if any does the person seeking the visa now have as.... I assume that they are now in Thailand?

You failed to share important information about the person who is seeking to get a Thai...

I await your answers.
