Regarding an insurance for Thailand Pass application

I will be traveling to Thailand on 30 December -21 and I have a return ticket to Europe on 28 April -22. My  extension of stay, based om a marriage visa, will expire on 1 November-22.

Would an insurance policy covering my stay in Thailand be enough, or do I need a policy until my extension expires?
