Hi guys

Just hoping you can help me to understand a visa issue that's quite confusing me.

I have a non imm O multiple entry based on marriage valid until 20 March 2019

My last border run stamp has "admitted until 18th April 2019".

I will be applying for an extension of stay based on marriage but not sure if I should use the "up to 30 days before" for the application using the 20 March or 18th April date.

Really appreciate all the work you put into this forum

Regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on when to apply for an extension of stay based on their NON-O visa, which expires on March 20, 2019, while their last entry stamp states they are admitted until April 18, 2019. Responses suggest using the later date of April 18 for the application to extend their stay, as it allows for a longer duration.

You could do another border run on or just before 20th march and get another 90 days or apply for your extention up to 30 days before 18th april.
