How to apply for an extension of stay based on marriage in HUA HIN? I will have a year-long 90-day multiple entry Visa based on marriage to a Thai wife, obtained in Savannakhet, Laos. I want to convert it to a stay based on extension, so I don't have to leave the country every 90 days. What documents do I need and what is the process like in Hua Hin?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for an extension of stay based on marriage in Hua Hin, you will need to gather necessary documents such as proof of marriage, proof of accommodation, and proof of living together, along with financial proof. It’s recommended to visit the Hua Hin Immigration Office to obtain the specific requirement list as they may vary and could include additional requests like verification from neighbors or village leaders.

For starters, proof of marriage, proof of accommodation and living together, proof of funds. Please check the Hua Hin/Prachuap Khiri Khan Immigration for the specific list of requirements. They might have additional requirements such as bringing a neighbour or village captain which is not required in some offices.

As there is no 1 list fit all offices best is to go to the office get the hand out with their requirements, make the copies, tick the list and when all done go back to apply for the Extension of Stay
