TLDR : Answer Summary
The user expected to receive a 1-year Non-O visa based on marriage but was instead issued a 90-day Non-O visa. A response clarifies that a 1-year extension can only be applied for after holding a 90-day visa. The correct procedure involves applying for the yearly extension 30 days before the 90-day visa expires.

So, now that you have a Non-O visa based on marriage and a NEW 90 day entry stamp good until July 19th, you wait and when you have 30 days or less left on that stamp (about June 19th or so) you go back to the immigration office with the same documentation and new bank letter etc and you apply for a yearly extension of stay for 1900baht

It will go under consideration for 30 days and then you go back to get the extension inked into your passport

You can't apply for a year extension without FIRST getting a 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage. <- which is what you have
